VIP Space Shuttle Launch Viewing Refund Policies

Effective September 1, 2006
No refunds if the launch is canceled within 7 days of launch.
Due to the demand of the VIP Space Shuttle Launches, we are not offering any refund within 7 days of the scheduled launch date of shuttle launch.
For the VIP Shuttle Launch Tours, you receive two tickets: First a Kennedy Space Center maximum access badge (good for 2 days with a week, first day being used for the launch). Second your receive a VIP Shuttle Transportation Viewing Ticket - NASA Causeway viewing area (aka LTT - Launch Transportation Tickets).
In the event of a scrub prior to guests having been transported
to the Kennedy Space Center, the following policy will be in effect:
- No refunds will be issued by Central Florida Tours/Gator Tours/GrayLine Orlando.
- Guests will be
transported to Kennedy Space Center for a normal Maximum Access day on the
original launch date. Or may reschedule for the delayed launch, if with in the guest travel plans. Rescheduling will be done with Gator Tours directly, (407) 522 5911 or Toll Free: (800) 537 0917.
- Gator Tours will give quests the option of keeping their VIP Launch Transportation Tickets (LTT) and
rescheduling for the next launch attempt.
- Gator Tours will charge a
nominal additional transport fee (usually about $35- subject to change) for these guests for their second
trip to Kennedy Space Center, covering their transport costs.
In the event of a scrub once guests have been transported to
Kennedy Space Center and NOT been transported the Shuttle Viewing Site (NASA Causeway), the following policy will be in effect:
- No refunds will be issued by Central Florida Tours/Gator Tours/GrayLine Orlando.
- Guests will be
transported to Kennedy Space Center for a normal Maximum Access day on the
original launch date.
- First day of the 2 day Kennedy Maximum Access ticket will be used.
- Gator Tours will give quests the option of keeping their VIP Launch Transportation Tickets (LTT) and
rescheduling for the next launch attempt. Rescheduling will be done with Gator Tours directly while at the Kennedy Space Center with your tour guide, or by phone later at (407) 522 5911 or Toll Free: (800) 537 0917.

the Shuttle Viewing Site (NASA Causeway), the following policy will be in effect:
- No refunds will be issued by Central Florida Tours/Gator Tours/GrayLine Orlando.
- First day of the 2 day Kennedy Maximum Access ticket will be used.
- The VIP Shuttle Launch Transportation Ticket (LTT) will be considered used.
- Guests will be offered the opportunity to return for the next launch
attempt. Rescheduling will be done with Gator Tours directly while at the Kennedy Space Center with your tour guide, or by phone later at (407) 522 5911 or Toll Free: (800) 537 0917.
- They would view from the main Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (not the
VIP Shuttle Launch site).
- Their Maximum Access admission ticket (the second day of the two day ticket) from the original
launch date is all they will need for reentry.
- Gator Tours will charge a nominal additional transport fee(usually about $35) for any
guests that opt to return to view the next launch attempt from the
main Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, covering their transport costs.
